URAC Renews Full Accreditation for Health Contact Partners Health Call Center

Wheeling, Ill. June 1, 2009 – The URAC Accreditation Committee granted Health Contact Partners, Inc. full accreditation in its category of Health Call Center, Version 4.1. Health Contact Partners is required to meet or exceed all performance and quality standards established by URAC, a leader in healthcare accreditation, in order to renew both its Core and Health Call Center accreditations with the organization. Health Contact Partners was first accredited by URAC in 2007.
