If you or your dependents, 17 years of age and younger, do not have health insurance coverage under an employer group plan or through Medicare, our SOLO® Health Plans offer flexible benefits that fit your unique lifestyle, needs, and budget. SOLO Health Plans offer comprehensive benefits at a price to fit a variety of budget, lifestyle, and health care coverage needs.  Choose optional benefits such as first-dollar coverage for accidents, or an HSA-Qualified plan design that allows an individual to contribute to a tax deferred savings account.  Higher deductible plans with lower premiums are also available.

Employer Group Plan Options:

Medicaid Plans
Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP) has served Medicaid-eligible persons in Western Colorado since 1974. We work closely with the State of Colorado and with local private and government organizations to provide or coordinate the delivery of a full spectrum of publicly funded Medicaid benefits.
Rocky Mountain Health Plans serves Medicaid clients living in these counties:

  • Mesa
  • Moffat
  • Montrose
  • Ouray
  • Rio Blanco
  • San Miguel

RMHP arranges for Medicaid clients to receive benefits covered by the Colorado Medicaid program. All providers in the RMHP network are available to Colorado Medicaid clients. RMHP also provides customer service, case management, disease management, and quality monitoring and improvement services.
RMHP doctors give special check-ups and follow-up services to children through age 21 who are covered by the Medicaid EPSDT program. RMHP nurses work closely with Members who have diabetes, asthma, heart disease, and other chronic illnesses to help them manage their health status.
