Value Plans
Offering basic medical/surgical expense coverage designed to be affordable for those currently without health coverage because your health is too important for you to go without insurance. Now quality coverage is within reach. We provide a base plan, and let you build it from the bare essentials to a broader plan. Create the best value of benefits by building a plan to suit your specific needs. These plans are defined benefit plans, so there are no network restrictions.

Select Plans
Offering catastrophic coverage along with our advanced online research tools that let you compare the estimated out-of-pocket costs between providers and facilities. There are no network restrictions. Provider cost information is compared to the Maximum Allowable Charge, the maximum amount the MEGA plan pays for each covered service. These plans encourage consumer involvement in decisions regarding health care spending, while also maximizing plan benefits.

PPO Plans
Offering you catastrophic health insurance coverage using your choice of providers. MEGA has partnered with some of the largest provider networks nationwide plus numerous local networks so that you can choose from many providers across the country. Our PPO plans provide previously negotiated fees for services performed through a network provider. Our customers benefit from lower out-of-pocket annual costs when they use a provider or hospital that is in-network. You make the choice, you can also choose out of network providers, however, using out-of-network providers may reduce benefits. There is no primary care physician or pre-admission authorization required.

Optional riders
