Monogram
HumanaOne® monogram™  is Humana’s most affordable personal health plan that provides a safety net of coverage.

• Low-cost protection just in case of an unforeseen medical event.
• Includes a preventive care benefit that helps cover your annual exams and physicals
• With our extensive network, you'll more than likely be covered anywhere a medical emergency strikes.

Short Term
This plan is designed for people who need health insurance for a short period of time, so it could be the kind of affordable coverage you’re looking for right now. If you’re a student about to graduate (and no longer eligible under your parents’ plan), waiting for Medicare coverage, a seasonal or temporary worker, recently unemployed, or starting a new job, short term coverage is a great option. It could also be a less expensive alternative to COBRA. (Please note: if you choose a Short Term plan instead of COBRA, you’ll lose HIPAA eligibility.)

Annual Max
If you're looking for health insurance that offers both an affordable premium and a low annual deductible and do not feel you need coverage for major expenses that could exceed $100,000 or $250,000, an Annual Max plan from HumanaOne may be the appropriate choice for you.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. & WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Imagine if doctors could easily detect the conditions that cause many heart attacks or strokes – in time to prevent the life-threatening attacks. BG Medicine and Humana (NYSE: HUM) have enrolled 6,822 Humana members in a study intended to develop new diagnostics for predicting heart attacks and strokes in the months or years before they happen. Although effective treatments are likely to exist and several new treatments are being developed, only reliably finding people who are at high risk can make effective prevention of first heart attacks and strokes possible.
