PPO Select Blue Advantage Series III
A preferred provider health insurance plan that features a choice of deductibles and office visit copays. Copays include same day lab and x-ray, a prescription drug card program and individual, spouse and child(ren) coverages available, including child-only coverage.

PPO Select® Choice Series III
A preferred provider health insurance plan that features a choice of deductibles and a low copay for in-network physician office visits.

PPO Select® Saver Series III
A preferred provider health insurance plan offering new "back to the basics and cost effective" coverage, designed to provide a selection of benefits, including a choice of deductibles, to fit your health care coverage needs and budget.

BlueEdgeSM Individual HAS
If you like to take charge of your health and be responsible for how you spend your health care dollars then BlueEdge Individual Health Savings Account (HSA) may be the right choice for you. BlueEdge Individual HSA gives you the edge on health care!

PPO Select Value® CareSM
This preferred provider health benefit insurance plan offers you several health care coverage options that help you control the monthly cost of your insurance protection, as well as your choice of health care providers from the BlueChoice network.

PPO Select BasicSM
This preferred provider health benefit insurance plan, either in whole or in part, does not provide state-mandated health benefits normally required in accident and sickness insurance policies in Texas. This standard health benefits plan may provide a more affordable health insurance policy for you although, at the same time, may provide fewer health benefits.

SelecTEMP® PPO
This preferred provider health benefit insurance plan offers a choice of benefit periods and deductibles to tailor premium rates and out-of-pocket expenses according to your own health care needs.

Foundation Hospital Care
A preferred provider health benefit insurance plan that provides the freedom to choose your hospital each and every time you need inpatient hospital care, 24 hour worldwide coverage, BlueCard Program, no balance billing above the allowable amount, and usually no claims to file for inpatient hospital services.

Texas Blue Alliance
Texas Blue Alliance is an individual health insurance product offered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) and it is intended for workers who were displaced due to their employer moving to another country. Displaced workers are eligible to receive Trade Readjustment Allowances (TRA) under the Trade Adjustment Assistance Act (TAA).

Dental Indemnity USA
A dental insurance plan that provides benefits for diagnostic and preventive care, as well as almost every form of specialty dental treatment.
Additionally, BCBS of Texas also offers HAS plans and Short-Term Insurance.

Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans
These plans can pay for many of the costs Medicare doesn't cover, including some of the hospital and skilled nursing facility costs under Medicare Part A as well as uncovered medical expenses under Medicare Part B. These plans also give you the choice of any licensed doctor or specialist without restriction.

Blue MedicareRx - Prescription Drug Coverage
Blue Medicare Rx offers you the savings, coverage, and convenience you should expect from your Medicare prescription drug plan. We offer a choice of three plan options with affordable monthly premiums including coverage for more than 2,600 prescription drugs. You can also take advantage of our large pharmacy network that includes major chains like CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart. As a Blue MedicareRx member, you will feel confident knowing your coverage is backed by one of the state's leading insurers - Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas.

Blue Medicare PPO - Medicare Advantage Plan
Blue Medicare PPO** gives you more of the benefits you want and includes built-in prescription drug coverage. All three Blue Medicare PPO plan options include all services that Original Medicare would cover, plus additional services not covered by Medicare. You'll have the convenience of choosing one of the largest networks of doctors, hospitals, and other providers.

• BCBS of Texas’ health maintenance organization (HMO) and preferred provider organization (PPO) networks are large, with nearly 40,000 physicians and 400 hospitals to serve 3.8 million members across Texas (Source: Internal PREMIER Reports, December 2007).
• They have eight full-time physicians on staff with combined medical service of over 200 years (Source: Internal Division Medical Director head count, November 2007).
• BCBS has an Office of Physician Advocacy dedicated to addressing network physician concerns and fostering robust communication with the physician community.
• They have two Medical Advisory Committees comprised of physicians from across the state who help us ensure credentialing and quality of care standards.
• BCBS of Texas provides physicians and other professional providers with an automated precertification and referral system – iEXCHANGE. iEXCHANGE offers both an interactive voice response (IVR) phone application as well as a Web-based application. This system allows physicians and other professional providers to obtain real-time access to network specialist referrals and approval of inpatient and outpatient procedures, 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week.
